The Battle Vest now features a heavy Protective Maxtex® 1000 D outer shell - this strong polyester fabric is a heavier version (66% heavier!) of what is used for the 'Alpha Jacket'. It looks amazing and provides superior abrasion resistance over all the previous vests. Pair this with reinforced, triple-stitched seams, and you've got one very tough vest. Need more protection? The Battle Vest is back armour compatible! We've designed the armour pocket to fit 'Forcefield' Back armour in SIZE001
Comfort:
A newly designed fit with an integrated 'smart stretch panel' down the side seam. The two-way YKK® zipper has made a return, allowing you to adjust the fit to prevent the vest from 'riding up' when you're on the bike. Put simply, it's the best fitting vest ever. A new quilted 170g insulated lining and fleece lined pockets to keep you comfortable on those colder days a storm flap to prevent cold air from hitting your chest. Your favourite features are still there too - like the water resistant internal pocket (which is perfect for keeping your valuables dry and safe) our super comfortable ribbed collar for those long days on the bike.
