A beautiful dress with the most wonderful details! This is made of a lovely crisp natural cotton with blue ticking stripes. It has a drop waist that has drawstrings and a ruffle. The drawstrings tie at each side. There is gathering around the neckline and covered buttons down the front. The length is nice and long, hitting around the lower calf. This looks great in the colder month with stockings and boots. And it would be lovely in the Summer with espadrilles - a year 'round piece!

To us, it alludes to the idea of the beginning of a dream... or the start of something wonderful, taking roots in the imagination. This special collection is made in Japan - and it does have a story book feel - richly designed pieces that are striking, whimsical and different.
